Todd Dyer Matthews passed away May 25, 2017 after battling cancer. He was born on July 24, 1968 in Kansas City.
Todd is survived by his wife, Lori and sons, Ryan & Connor; his parents Armand & Jo Matthews, sister Lisa Schmidt (Chuck); in-laws Grace Clifton & Sam Clifton (Michelle); nieces and nephews Claire, Matthew & Kate Schmidt and Taylor Ross (Daniel), Dustin & Nathan Clifton, and many aunts, uncles & cousins.
Todd received his BS Degree in Construction Mgmt. at MSU and spent most of his adult life in the construction field, recently working for Millstone Homes. Todd and Lori moved to Bentwater in Nixa in 1995 and raised their boys among precious family & friends. He loved his family, and spent many hours as camp counselor, coaching & teaching his sons, recently restoring a 1997 Toyota Landcruiser with their help; he loved a project. Todd was a deacon at Ridgecrest Baptist Church and taught Jr. High Boys for over 10 years.
Memorial Service will be Tue., May 30, 4:00 pm at Ridgecrest Baptist Church with visitation following. Private Inurnment under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home South. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Cox Health Foundation, Cancer Service Fund.
