Tony Manuel
Tony (Henry) Manuel, age 60, of Walnut Grove, Mo., passed away Saturday, January 2, 2010, in his home. He was born March 16, 1949, in Springfield, Mo., to Charles Homer and Lois (Plemmons) Manuel. His parents; brothers, Charles “Butch” Manuel, Benny Joe Manuel; and sister, Vernia Dean Burnett, precede him in death. His is survived by his wife, Floretta Manuel; daughter, Chasity Arnold and husband Colin, Casey Lumley and Britinee Goins; sisters, Shirley Nicholson and husband Robert, Linda Pendergraph and husband J.B., Julie Manuel; brothers, Jackie Manuel and wife Beryel, Ted Manuel and wife Julie; as well as many other family members and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 7, 2010, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North with Chaplain James Friend officiating. Burial will follow in Eudora Cemetery in Eudora, Missouri with full military honors. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2010, 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
