Bill Jr, Kim, Lori, Bob, Kay and families, I just want you to know how blessed I was to know your brother, Dad and Granddad. He was so kind and thoughtful. My sisters and I have fond memories of when we were in Mo. in 2011. We are thankful we got to know him better and see his big heart for his family, including his Okla. cousins. Love and prayers to each of you in your hearts loss. Sherry B Jenny H, Tammy P, & Mike T

Dear Family, I became acquainted with Bill while walking at the mall many years ago. He was always so kind, brought great cookies to share, and was so generous with our Operation Santa program for our deployed Marines. He will be missed! LouAnn

My husband, Jeffrey, and I extend our deepest condolences to our son-in-law, Eric, and his mother, Kim, on the passing of Grandpa Bill. We were so fortunate to meet Bill at Deborah and Eric’s wedding in 2021, which was held in Springfield so that Grandpa Bill could attend. We had a delightful conversation with Bill over dinner after the wedding ceremony, including stories about Eric in junior high, and Bill emphasized how proud he was of his family. Warmly, Katherine and Jeffrey Feld, Short Hills, NJ

Gramps was the best! Always enjoyed hearing his tv commentary while Eric and I were hanging out at his house.

I have great memories Bill's kindness to my parents, family picnics when we were younger, Bill telling me about Aunt Ruby teaching him how to dance, hamburger frys. We had such a wonderful big family then and it was hard to give each and every one of them up. I hope you are together with them now Bill. We are all going to miss you.
