Hutch and his wonderful parents were a part of my youth. I rode back home from college with him and his friend, George Borgstede, and I rode to Texas with his parents when they went to visit him and I went to visit George. When we arrived in California at the Air Force Base, he and Marilyn welcomed us. Then every class reunion, we first reunited with Hutch and shared the evening together. Every Christmas, we looked forward to the letters he would write with news of his family. Our last in person memory of Hutch is sharing a day on the Lake with him at the helm of his boat, beer in hand.

RIP Bryan. I know you fought long and hard with your ailments. Now, you're at peace. It meant so much to Paul and I that you came to Ralph's funeral. I know you are with him now! Dave Childers
