A Celebration of Life Service for James C. Smith age 80 of Branson, Missouri will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson with John Fullerton officiating.

He passed away on June 20, 2019 at his home in Branson.

Jim was born November 29, 1938 in Wesson, Mississippi the son of Robert Claud and Mary Elizabeth Newton Smith. He had been a resident of the area for several years. He retired after 25 years as manager of the Ride The Ducks in 2007. He had been a greeter for the past four years at Home Depot in Branson. He was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors is his wife; Margaret Smith of the home. Four children: Rick Smith of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Mary Brasel of Rogers, Arkansas, Tracy Gideon of Nixa, Missouri and Deborah Cohen of Nixa, Missouri. Two brothers; Bob Smith of Pilot Hill, California and Carroll Smith of Kooski, Idaho. Four grandchildren; Sara Sanders, Renee Christine, Allie Sterban and Chase Cohen. Two Great grandchildren; Savannah Sanders and Creighton Sanders. Jim was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife Peggy, and a sister, Elsie Davies.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM.
