Margaret Licata left a message on January 6, 2016:
Mark and Roxanne, I am so saddened to learn of the passing of your beautiful Tabitha. Her life on this earth was short and you made certain that she had a family to embrace, love and walk together. Because of you Tabitha was baptized into Christ’s body. I can only imagine the gap you now feel inside. I know your faith will be your rock but it does not diminish the loss of your daughter. I will keep your family in my daily prayers, Margaret Licata

Dear Mark and Roxanne- Tabitha was a student in my 5th grade class. I remember clearly her adoption day. She was so excited and full of love. Tabitha was one of those students who stays in a teacher’s heart for eternity. My prayers are lifted for you and your family.

Jimmie C. Smith left a message on December 18, 2015:
Mark and Roxanne’ Cindy and I ate at the Dixie Cafe on Thanksgiving day. Tabitha was working in the kitchen and came out to greet us and visit a little bit as they were very busy; then as a personal jesture she brought our food to us (This she did more than once, we mutually were always glad to see each other). She was excited that she was going home that evening to eat “left overs” with you. It haunts me that this was our last visit. Her co-workers adored her because she was “so sweet”. We are glad we witnessed the joy and happiness that she brought to your home and to Jan and Charles. We mourn her passing and share your heart break.
