Ada Marie Wilson White Ada Marie Wilson White, 75, Springfield, Mo., was born in Polk County, Mo., on November 12, 1933, and died at home on July 9, 2009. She was married to Cecil White, in Bolivar, Mo., on June 18, 1950. She was one of the founding memembers of Parkcrest Assembly of God. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the joy of her life, along with her dog, Missy. Ada was loved by many.Her kisses, hugs, laughter and faith were a special part of her. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Inez Wilson; husband Cecil White; sisters, Vada Wilson and Norma Burton; son James Ferrel; granddaughter Melanie Dawn; and grandson Christopher Brown. She is survived by sons, Virgil White and wife, Judy, and Larry White and wife, Judy; daughter Glenda Crose, all of Springfield; grandchildren, Tawny White, Tiffany and Doug West, Tracy and Craig Biggers, Cassandra and Chris Marsh, and Thaddeus White, all of Missouri, and Shawn Brown, Tyler and Terianne Brown, and Angela and Brian Blair, all of Arkansas; great-grandchildren, Caden and Madilyn West, Ty Biggers, Katy Brown, Gavin White, and two more on the way; brother-in-law Mike Burton; three nieces; two great-nieces; one great-nephew; numerous cousins; and many family and close friends. Funeral services will be held in Greenlawn Funeral Home South on Saturday, July 11, 2009, at 1 p.m., with burial in Slagle Cemetery, Slagle, Mo. Visitation will be held Friday, July 10, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the funeral home.
