Agnes L. Crossen, 86, of Bolivar, Missouri, passed away July 21, 2012, at her home. She was born, May 25, 1926 in Hocomo, Missouri to William Lebert and Stella (Callahan) Surritte.
She graduated from Bellview High School in Mound City, Missouri and worked as a medical secretary, most of her life.
She is survived by two daughters; Mary Haer and husband Gary of Weston, Missouri and Kathy Giamanco and husband Charlie of Kirkwood, Missouri, four stepsons; Hubert B. Countryman III of Lincoln, Nebraska, James Crossen and wife Christeen of Wasilia, Alaska, John Crossen and wife Kitti and David Crossen and wife Pam, all of Wisconsin, one step daughter; Carol Yenter of Washington. Agnes is also survived by one brother; Elbert Surritte of West Plains, Missouri, one sister; Anna Terrell of Mission, Texas, ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Agnes is preceded in death by, her parents, her husbands; Hubert B. Countryman II and Gail W. Crossen, four brothers; Alfred, Hugh, Calvin and Homer Surritte and one sister; Sylvia Sands.
Funeral services for Agnes L. Crossen will be at 3:00 PM Wednesday, July 25,2012 in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bolivar, Missouri with Bishop Weston Wilkins officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Bolivar, Missouri.
