Alta Juleen Hayden age 68, of Branson passed away unexpectedly at her residence on September 8, 2025. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death.
Juleen was born on July 31, 1957 in Branson, Missouri. She was the youngest daughter of Joseph and Alta Freeman Hayden.
Juleen graduated from Hollister High School and attended College of The Ozarks for a while. She worked for an insurance company in Houston, Texas for a couple of years. After moving back to Missouri, she went to work for Wal-Mart in Branson where she has worked for the last 40 years. She enjoyed cooking and loved to feed people. She had a heart of gold. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her crafts, hobbies and reading.
Juleen is survived by her two sisters and one brother-in-law; Linda Burwick (Douglas) of Ozark, Missouri and Paula Bollom of Hollister, Missouri. Two nephews, Bryan Burwick of Peoria, AZ and Michael Burwick of Canton, GA; two nieces, Karissa Hickman of Blue Eye, Mo and Lauren Bollom of Ozark, MO. Nine great nieces and nephews; Nathon, Kirstyn, Hayden, Emily, Lana, Ariel, Amelia, Isabella and Cyrus. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Alta Hayden and brother-in-law, Larry Bollom. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will miss her
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson with Rev. Doug Burwick officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Valley Cemetery in Hollister.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 until service time at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
