Anna Shannon Haralson Graham was born on February 20, 1926, at Rover, Missouri, to William and Agnes Shannon. A long time resident of Bolivar, Missouri, and Anna passed away on November 26, 2012.
Anna was united in marriage to Walter (Jake) Haralson in 1946. Jake preceded her in death in 1980. Anna was married to William Charles Graham in 1998. Bill preceded Anna in death in 2010. Also preceding Anna in death were four brothers: Mode, Pete, Johnny and Gilbert and two sisters: Mary and Georgia.
Anna is survived by a son, William Haralson and wife, Peg, of Marionville, MO, and a daughter, Cathy Bleggi and husband, Frank, of Bishop, CA. In addition: grandsons Shannon Haralson and wife, Susan, of Ozark, MO; Darren Haralson and wife, Kathy, of Republic, MO; Kelly Bleggi and wife, Jennifer, and Tim Anderson, all of Spokane, Wa; granddaughters Tricia Sifferman and husband, Craig, of Springfield, MO; Dana Gold and husband, Scott, and Jessica Bengsch, all of Billings, MO; Laurie Williamson and husband Jay, of Long Beach, CA: Michelle Trout and husband Jimmy, of Suquamish, WA; Ginger Jones and husband Jason, of Seattle, WA; Cheri Bracher and husband Eduardo, of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Also surviving are great grandchildren: Ryan and Aidan Mulcahy of Springfield, MO; Elizabeth and Matt Rupert and Tyler, Jacob and Jackson Haralson, all of Republic, MO; Carter and Owen Sifferman of Springfield, MO; and Wyatt, Peyton, Quentin and Maverick Gold of Billings, MO; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
One of Annals great joys was her time spent as a dormitory housekeeper for Beasley Hall at Southwest Baptist College. In later life, Anna worked as an in-home caregiver for many different people in the Bolivar area. Anna was an avid gardener and possessed an ability to make anything she planted grow.
Anna was a Christian and sure of her faith in Jesus Christ. She will be missed.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 30th; from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with funeral services to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Pitts Chapel. Burial will follow at New Bethel Cemetery.
