Bobbi Nash “Farris”, age 60 of Bolivar, MO, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility Bolivar, MO. She was born October 7, 1963, in Lee’s Summit, MO, to Lloyd Ora and S. Earline (Newman) Jeffrey.
Bobbi loved her horses and all of her animals, and her country life. She had a heart for caring for others that couldn’t care for themselves. She enjoyed going to PBR events and taking trips to Oklahoma to see the Pioneer Women Mercantile and Lodge with her girlfriends. She loved her friends and coworkers and was always quick with a smile. Above all she loved and cherished her family, loved her Lord and Savior in whom she praised to the end. She will be missed by anyone that had the pleasure of meeting her. This is not goodbye, it is see you in a little while!
She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Clarence Nash; two sisters: Wanda June, and Lucy Mae; and one brother Delbert Lee.
Bobbi is survived by her husband Stephen Farris of the home; three children: Brandon Jeffrey of Springfield, MO, Diana Baker (Bengi) of Neenah, WI, and Bethany Nash of Dover, AR; 12 grandchildren: David Miller, Samantha Miller, Chase Sommerfeld, Mia Vincent, Max Farr, Jonah Farr, Gabe Farr, Evie Farr, Grayson Henry, Dylan Henry, Zoie Jeffrey, and Lanie Jeffrey; a sister in-law Janet Jeffrey of Blue Springs, MO; two nieces: Cheryl Yarber of Lee’s Summit, MO, and Annie Jeffrey of Blue Springs, MO; two nephews: David Jeffrey (Celeste) of Blue Springs, MO, and Mark Jeffrey (Erin) of Olathe, KS; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Pitts Chapel. Services will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Stephen Moser officiating. Burial will take place at 3:00 pm at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery Kearney, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. I CAME UPON A STUNNING ROSE ONE DAY
WHILE TRAVELING THROUGH MY LIFE
SURELY THIS HAD TO BE A ONE OF A KIND
BECAUSE NONE OTHERS LIKE IT COULD I EVER FIND
I GAVE IT LOVE AND WATCHED IT GROW
ITS PEDALS AND BEAUTY BECAME EVEN MORE
IT MADE ALL OTHER ROSES DULL IN COMPARE
