Rebecca “Becky” Andress, 65, of Springfield, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Cox South Hospital. She was born on a Monday, May 30, 1955. Becky attended Parkview High School and then went to Blue Bonnet Beauty School. She had an In home Daycare called Stefan’s Playhouse, she retired in 2003. Becky married Steve R. Andress on July 21, 1972. She loved flowers, gardening, crafts, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.
Becky and Steve shared a total of fifty years together. She loved him and her family fiercely. She was a devoted wife, mother, and Mama, and will be missed immensely.
Becky was preceded in death by her father, Everett Carter and mother, Virginia (Harrell) Carter. She is survived by her husband, Steve, daughter, Stephanie Turley (Dan), five grandchildren, Stefan Andress (Aeriah), Stuart Andress (Hanna), Hannah Turley, Abigail Turley and Eli Turley, six great-grandchildren, Adalynn Andress, Kynlee Andress, Lyla Andress, Lucas, Ezrah DeMeyer and Marllie DeMeyer, two sisters, Marsha and Melissa, four brothers, Ray, Stevie, Kenny and Mark, and numerous nieces, nephews and several cousins, a special thank you’s go to Becky’s sister Marsha, as well as her friend Karen for all their help over the last five months.
Family is having a private graveside service at Robberson Prairie Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
