Belinda “Brianna” Broeg
Bri lived in Branson Missouri; she was born on July 31st, 1978, and was 45 years old when she passed of cancer and went home to be with Jesus. Bri passed into her Heavenly Fathers arms on May 4th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at the time of death.
Bri, also known as “Cricket,” was always making her family laugh and bringing joy to any gathering. Brianna was born in Iowa but grew up in the Ozarks. She loved spending time with her parents Michael and Belinda and playing with her sister Olivia and her brother Jay on the family farm. Later in life Bri got to help raise, love, and spend time with her sister Gabby.
Bri attended Yellville school and then Branson school during her high school years. Bri made many friends during her life because she was always the “life of the party” or the “bell of the ball.” She would often dress up and pretend to be Scarlet Ohara from the movie, Gone with the Wind. You could find Bri playing on the family’s playground or trampoline and just enjoying life.
Later in life Bri worked as a Hair Stylist and met Josh Rasmussen, fell in love, and got married. They had four beautiful children together: Lilly, Jocey, Addey, and Isaiah. After Josh and Bri’s divorce she had another beautiful daughter Brooklyn Paul, who is currently being raised by Bri’s mother Belinda.
Bri was a wonderful mother to all five of her precious children. Bri will be remembered by so many as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. She had a beautiful and strong spirit and always made everyone laugh, feel included, and brought joy to even the hardest moments of life. Bri retained her sense of humor and tenacity to the very end of her life. She truly was a beautiful and precious child of God and will be missed by all.
Bri is survived by her father – Michael Broeg, her mother – Belinda Paul, her sisters Olivia Parazine and Gabby Ruddick, her brother – Jay Broeg, her daughters – Lillian Grace Rasmussen, Jocelyn Faith Rasmussen, Adeline Joy Rasmussen, and Brooklyn Hope Paul, and her son – Isaiah Rhett Rasmussen.
