Bessie Lura Yoakam was born March 20, 1929 and passed away November 5, 2010. Bessie is now appearing in God’s heavenly choir, free admission John 3:16.
Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Merrill C. Yoakam.
She is survived by a brother, John Boschen, of Springfield; and a sister, Grace Brown of Willard; three sons, David, of Mt. Laurel, N.J., Dennis, of Humboldt, Iowa, and Daniel, of Muscatine, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 11 a.m., in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
Burial will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery at 1 p.m. Family will receive friends prior to the service.
