Mrs Boland was my Music Theory 1 and 2 professor at Baptist Bible College (Mission University) in 1987-88. A few years later in 1997-2004, we were colleagues in the music department and co-labourers at Cherry Street Baptist. Bev was a blessing wherever she was and her care for students always shone through everything she did. Heaven is a sweeter place! There must be a Cherry Street and BBC reunion going on. I can just picture it. May the Lord comfort, bless and strengten her family during this time of our loss and heaven's gain.

May God hold you and your family tightly in the sad moment. I remember how she taught me to play the piano while I was studying at the BBC. I remember her smile and playing the piano for us at Cherry St. Baptist Church with Dr. Boland. I am sure that she is happy to be with JESUS now.

A friend, a mentor and co-worker, your joy and light will be missed. Heaven is sweeter for the music you impart. You joined the heavenly chorus. You will be missed but never forgotten. Thank you for a life lived serving and bringing glory to our God. Such a shining example to me. Thank you for giving me organ lessons and a love for organ music.
