Billy “Bill” W. Wilcox, 82 years old, of Springfield, MO passed peacefully on November 7, 2020. Bill was born July 30, 1938, in Springfield, MO to O. W. and Winifred (Burrow) Wilcox. Billy “Bill” W. Wilcox, 82 years old, of Springfield, MO passed peacefully on November 7, 2020.
Bill was born July 30, 1938, in Springfield, MO to O. W. and Winifred (Burrow) Wilcox.
Bill is survived by his wife, Loretta, 4 children: Susan (Neil) Clayton, Daniel (Cheryl) Wilcox, Terry (Keith) Higgins, Sherri (Mark) Breitenstein; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters: Sharon (Bruce) Gloyer and Becky (Jack) Frakes with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by father and mother: O. W. Wilcox and Winifred Wilcox, and his brother, Ronald Wilcox.
Bill retired Lily-Tulip (later Sweetheart Cup) as a machinist. He loved his garden and tending to his flea market business.
Graveside services will be November 23, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery.
