Bill Filbeck, Sr., age 65, was born October 28, 1947. He passed away August 30, 2013. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Loy and Viola Filbeck, daughter Rhonda Lynn and a brother David Filbeck. He is survived by his wife and soul mate of 47 years, Lena Filbeck; 2 children: Lodema Filbeck, of Springfield, and Billey Filbeck, Jr. of Fordland; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter, a sister Shirley Letterman of Marshfield; 3 brothers: Robert and Ronnie Filbeck of Springfield and Mack Filbeck of Baxter Springs, KS. Bill loved fishing, hunting, spending time with family and especially his grandchildren. Graveside services have been held at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO, with Rev. John Dinger officiating, under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North. A memorial service in honor of Billey will be held 7:00 PM, September 12, 2013 at McCord Bend Baptist Church –
