Billie Nell Brake
Billie Nell Brake, age 78, went to be with the Lord on November 14, 2009. She was the beloved wife of Chester F. Brake; and dear mother of Judy M. Mears and Nancy S. Kliewer. Billie was preceded in death by her youngest daughter, Nancy. Billie is survived by brothers, Jack and Wayne McKinney; sisters, May Johnson, Mary Boatman, Hilda Woodmansee and Sue Gifford; grandchildren, Robin Lawrence, Michele Mears, Robert S. Mears and Dustin Kliewer; and great-grandchildren, Nick and Chad Lawrence, Jacob Choate, and Lukas and Dayton Mears. Billie was a loving and devoted wife and mother of 60 years. She lived her life for the care and nurturement of her children, grandchildren, siblings, friends and family and others near to her heart. She was a member of Calvary Christian Assembly. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 18, 2009, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 17, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the funeral home. Billie will be deeply missed and has touched the lives of many. We love you! Thank you!
