Brady Berry, 81 of Springfield, formerly of Georgia, passed away on November 4th, 2019 in Springfield, Mo at his residence. Brady Berry, 81 of Springfield, formerly of Georgia, passed away on November 4th, 2019 in Springfield, Mo at his residence. He was born on March 1st, 1938 in Jack, Alabama to George and Florence (Spurlock) Berry. Brady joined the Army in 1957 to protect and defend his country. He was united in marriage to Helen Berry in April of 1957. Brady was auto mechanic by trade and had a passion for auto racing and building cars from the bottom to the top. He was of the Baptist faith.
Brady is preceded in death by his parents, George and Florence; his wife, Helen; his son, Dean; and his 3 brothers. He is survived by his son, Mike Berry and his wife, Erika; his daughter, Tami Hartsell and her husband, Doug; his son, Jeff Berry and his wife, Carmela. He is also survived by his sister Vera Mae, his 11 grandchildren, his 8 great-grandchildren and his great-great granddaughter. As well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services for Brady will be on Friday, November 8th, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North with a visitation on Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00. Burial will follow the services at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
