Brittany Nichole Douglas 26, Springfield, Mo. passed away April 29, 2019, after a sudden illness. She was born in Springfield, Mo. on December 6, 1992, to William Ransom and Christy Michelle (Riggs) Manes.
Brittany was preceded in death by her baby Kayden, her grand father Billy Dean McGinnis, two step-brothers and two step-sisters. She is survived by her four children: Jayden Ryan Douglas, Cloey Shay Douglas, Zoey Ray Douglas, and Tayven Tyrone Edwards, her mother and step-father: Christy Michelle and Jim Manes, her father: William Ransom McGinnis, two grand-mothers: Linda McGinnis and Michelle Alexander, her grand-father: William Randall Riggs; siblings: Jessica, Billy, Nathan, Tyler, Trey, Kara, Haley and Taylor and her special dad: Johnny Edwards.
Funeral services for Brittany and her son, Kayden, will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2019, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2019, from Noon to 1:00 p.m. before services, at the funeral home.
