We are saddened at the loss of Bryan Dale Blair-60, who passed peacefully at Cox South with his mom and family by his side due to complications from COPD. Bryan was a beloved son, brother, uncle and nephew.
Bryan was born on November 22, 1963 to Don and Lois (Roper) Blair. He loved basketball and was a stand-out player at Fair Grove HS. He loved Nascar and enjoyed going to races with his uncles Dale and Dean Roper. He also loved woodworking and building things in his shop.
Bryan was such a sweet, gentle soul with a kind heart. He was an animal lover and known to take in many stray animals.
He was preceded in death by his father Don, his brother Greg, his second dad Bill Davis, his maternal grandparents, Wilbert and Jean Roper, his paternal grandparents Clyde and Edith Blair, his uncles Dale and Dean Roper, and his cousin Tony Roper.
Bryan is survived by his mother, whom he dearly loved, Lois Davis, his half brother Todd, Fair Grove, Mo. His nephew Geoffrey (Alicia and children Braylee, Beau, and Baylor), Nixa, MO, and Tyler (Kim) Springfield, Mo, aunts, cousins and his best friend, his cat, Cougar.
Bryan had a strong spiritual faith and we know he is happy to be with his family, especially his brother Greg.
A private Celebration of Life with family will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Northview Center at Doling Park. A reception will be from 12:00 to 2:00 pm following at the Elks Lodge.
