Carol Ann Rothermel, 83, Springfield, MO. passed away December 29, 2020, She was born on December 28, 1937, in Springfield, MO. to David Edward and Reva Christine (McGinnis) Pottenger. She was a retired in home care-worker, and attended Glidewell Baptist Church. Carol loved spending time with her family, loved playing Bingo and country music.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents and her two sisters. She is survived by her two daughters: Julie Saeger and her husband, Robert, and Tammi Simmons and her husband, John, and one son, Tim Rothermel and his wife, Shelly, six grandchildren: Dustin Latham, Shawnnah Devine, Skylar Latham, Danielle Rowland, Kristine Johnson, and Evan Saeger, and twelve great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 4, 2021, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will follow, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
