Charles David Erwin, born in Springfield, MO on August 15, 1934 to William J. and Sarah Erwin. He passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 at the age of 80. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 41 years, Doris; two sisters: Nelli and Pat. He is survived by two brothers: Bill and Murl; one sister, Carol; two sons: David and Howard; one step-daughter, Janette; one step-son, Bill; as well as his grand and great-grandchildren. There are also numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Everyone knew that he enjoyed working in the dirt. Whether it was in the garden or on a piece of machinery. Charles will truly be missed by all. A Graveside service at Brighton Cemetery will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
