Charles L. (Chuck) Jordan, 76 , of Buffalo passed away Tuesday, July 21st, 2020 at Cox Hospital South .
Chuck was born September 16, 1943 in Granby, MO to Lester and Ruth Jordan. He was a graduate of Central High School , and served in the United States Navy.
Chuck was united in marriage to Sherry Glidewell on July 9, 1967, in Springfield, MO. Chuck worked for American Family Insurance for 35 years, retiring as District Manager. Chuck was an avid hunter and fisherman. His greatest love was spending time with his family. He will always be remembered for never knowing a stranger, he loved to sit and visit with anyone.

Survivors include his loving wife, Sherry Jordan; two children, Jeff Jordan and wife Rochelle, and Shannon Benjamin and husband Ryan; six grandchildren, Keira, Nashayna, Chelsie, Sharyah, Kylie, and Jordan; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy Jordan and David Jordan; three sisters, Priscilla McLaughlin, Shirley McDonald and Mary Saunders; and a host of family and friends.

A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held Friday, July 31st, 2020 at 11:00 am in Greenlawn Funeral Home South, with burial to follow at 2:30 pm at Evening Shade Cemetery in Evening Shade Evening Shade , Missouri .The family will receive friends from 5- 7 pm, Thursday in the Funeral Home.
