Chris is preceded in death by his parents James and Ardith Collins; and sister, Peggy Collins Cookson. He is survived by his sister, Connie; brothers, David and wife Jackie, Tom and wife Francine, James and wife Jean Ann, and Ted; and many nieces and nephews.
The visitation for Chris will be Monday, November 17, 10:00-11:00 am, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, followed by service at 11:00 am. The burial will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.
