I’m sorry for your great loss. I didn’t know Chris, but am sure he was a wonderful person like his dad. When I was in grade school I sometimes got to play in neighborhood touch football games with my dad, brother, the Merritt boys, and Galen. He was always so nice and made me, the only girl, feel welcome in the games. It sounds like Chris had the same kind heart and was also an amazing father. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Judy Payne Linke

I just heard about his passing and then this picture showed up in my memories on facebook. I thought I should share it just in case. I believe he would have been in the 7th grade in this picture. We are praying for you all. I am sorry for your loss. RIP Chris.
