Clifton Howard Taylor, a beloved father, husband, and friend, passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 88. He was born on October 2, 1937, in Springfield, MO, and spent much of his life in the Republic area, where he became a well-known figure in the home improvement industry as a dedicated general laborer.
Clifton is survived by his loving wife, Nettie Taylor, and his three daughters-Sonja Russell, Debra Taylor, and daughter-in-law Lori Kofron. He was also a proud grandfather to Noah Taylor and a cherished father-in-law to Kendall Russell. Clifton had a warm heart and a great sense of humor that brought joy to everyone around him.
Clifton will be missed dearly, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his immediate family.
