Corneliu Piscuc, age 88, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on May 3, 2025, at home. Corneliu was born to Iacob and Veronica Piscuc on January 4, 1937, in Shabla, Bulgaria. Corneliu was united in marriage to Nina Benea on November 19, 1961, in Gataia, Romania.

Corneliu was preceded in death by his wife Nina Piscuc; his brother Ghita Piscuc; mother, Veronica Piscuc; father, Iacob Piscuc.

Corneliu is survived by his son Daniel and daughter-in-law Tabita Piscuc; son Ovidiu and daughter-in-law Mia Piscuc; son Adrian and daughter-in-law Dana Piscuc; son Remus and daughter-in-law Noadia Piscuc; Grandchildren Lavinia and husband Jonathan Madalina and their children Jonah, Isaac, Andrew, and Abigail; Eusebiu and wife Tabita Piscuc and their children Titus, Zipporah, and Ruth; Caleb and wife Gabriela Piscuc and their children Sophie, Troy, and Milena; Marcus and wife Hannah Piscuc and their children Judah and Sena; Alecsis and husband Coleman Wooten; Ashley and husband Marcus Noteboom and their son Magnus; Matthew and wife Ashton Piscuc; Michael Piscuc; Vinicius Piscuc; Soleya and husband Austin Pippin and their son Roman; Larisa and husband David Ross; Wesley and wife Rebeca Piscuc and their children Jonah and Charlotte; Julian Piscuc; Zachary Piscuc.

A visitation for Corneliu will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, at Greenlawn Funeral Home East in Springfield, Missouri. A Funeral Service for Corneliu will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Greenlawn Funeral Home East with a burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens located in Springfield, Missouri.
