Beverly Thomason left a message on August 5, 2020:
We met Maxine in 1998 when she joined the Happy Plunkers Ukulele Band. She was always such a joy....always smiling and such a pleasure. She was such a special lady. When there were new members come in, she was the first to greet them. She played "Minnie Pearl" so well for us. Everybody loved her. She had great stories to tell of her past and her family with the fishing and camping. We have missed her greatly. So sorry for your loss.
