I was absolutely heartbroken to learn of Cybil’s passing. It was a privilege to have Cybil as an active member of student council during her 4 years at OHS. She was a bright, talented, fun loving, breath of fresh air whom I truly enjoyed working with and admired. My deepest sympathy to Cybil’s family. May each of you find comfort in your memories of her. The world was a better place with Cybil in it.

My deepest condolences to the entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Cybil’s loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
Cybil accompanied Lyla to many KU golf tournaments, and as one of Lyla’s teammates, I was fortunate to experience her kindness firsthand. No matter how I played, she was always there with a warm smile, a loving laugh, and often a heartfelt hug after my rounds.
Even though my own family was thousands of miles away, Cybil had a special way of making me feel supported and cared for. She gave me a sense of comfort and belonging that I will always be grateful for.
I will forever remember her warm heart, her infectious laughter, and the genuine kindness she showed to everyone around her.

Dearest Linda, This is absolutely shocking to hear about Cybil’s untimely death. Our hearts ache greatly with you. This is a life incident that should not happen to mothers and fathers. No parent should ever lose their child, young or adult. This is something we prayed would never ever happen to our friends and families. Almost 14 years since our Jill passed now and sadly so very many have the heartache of children loss and now you. I still scream No ! No! NO! Linda, if you get to read this from us, our hearts have another rip for your Cybil and her family. Our prayers and thoughts are with you!!🙏🫂💕

Please accept my condolences on Cybil's passing. My relationship with Cybil was limited to a parent - teacher one but it was obvious from the first time I met her that she deeply loved her children, Hadley and Lyla. She was a staunch supporter of their academic and athletic endeavors but she also expected excellence in their live choices. I am sorry for your loss.
