She is preceded in death by her father.
Cynthia is survived by her husband Joe D. Clark of the home; her mother Sylvia Anderson of Cotulla, TX; her sister Sheridan Mills of Boca Raton, FL; nieces: Robin Oman of Round Rock, TX, and Lauri Cole of Cedar Park, TX; as well as other relatives and friends.
