Dana Sue Brunsman, 53 of Springfield passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 in her home. Dana was born on November 13, 1962 in Springfield, MO to Larry & Shirley (Cox) Warren. She graduated from Parkview High School and was currently a Senior Loan Processor for Gershman Investments. She married Steven Paul Brunsman on August 10, 1989. Dana was preceded in death by her grandparents: Eugene & Mary Warren and Ernest & Violet Brown.
She is survived by her husband Steve Brunsman, her mother Shirley Cox, and her father and stepmother Larry & Sharon Warren. Dana is also survived by a brother Brian Warren, a sister Ginger Shupert, niece Courtney, and cousins Mark, George, and Julie Bareford.
Dana loved hiking, reading, meditation, health subjects, her doggies especially Sophie.
Most of all she loved her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Services will be held in Southland Christian Church: 1630 W. Republic Road on Tuesday September 13, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home South. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
