Daniel “Danny” Ray Cameron, age 66 of Bolivar, MO, passed away January 3, 2023. He was born August 19, 1956, in Humansville, MO, to Loren and Mary Louise (Reaves) Cameron. He graduated from Bolivar High School. He worked in Environmental Services for CMH the last 12 years. He loved playing pranks and jokes on others and telling stories about the past.
He is preceded in death by his mother; his grandparents: Loren and Vernie Cameron; a son Darren Ray Cameron; and a sister Donna.
Danny is survived by two daughters and sons in law: Misty & Arron Blazer and Tiffany & Ty Piercefield all of Bolivar, MO; his father Loren Cameron of Springfield, MO; three grandchildren: Deston, Annabelle, and Audren; three sisters: Dolores Mitchell, Debbie Kelley, and Pam Bales; three brothers: Scott and Allen Cameron, and Ronnie Lutz; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, January 13, 2023, at Greenwood Cemetery Bolivar, MO. I am so sorry for your loss. Dan will be greatly missed. I worked with him at CMH for the past 2 years and every time I would see him he always made me laugh, or he always had something interesting to show. He had such amazing antiques. Rest in peace Dan.
