Living the Dream
David Adam Wallace of Fair Grove, Missouri was born June 14th, 1976, in
Springfield, MO to David and Beverely Wallace. He passed away November 5th,
2022, in Cleveland Ohio at the age of 46. Adam grew up in Fair Grove, MO and
graduated from Fair Grove High School in 1994. He married the love of his life,
Alisha Wallace (Linder) on June 4th, 1994, and began raising their family, Celeste,
Shelby and Shea.
Adam worked for Youngblood’s for 16 years. He had a passion for working on
cars and he loved racing and being apart of the racing family. He also enjoyed
fishing, camping, and most of all spending time with family and friends.
On September 27th, 2011, Adam was given a second chance at life when he
received his double lung transplant at the Cleveland Clinic, thanks to Dr. Marie
Budev. Throughout those 11 years he was blessed with memories including his
children graduating, getting married, and becoming a Pa.
Adam was preceded in death by grandparents, Wilburn and Emma Jean West,
Clark and Violet Wallace, and father-in-law Albert Weiser.
He is survived by his parents, David and Beverely Wallace; sisters, Kim Crowder
(Scott Crowder) and Cherish Wallace; wife of 28 years, Alisha Wallace; daughters,
Celeste Carr (Quinten Carr), Shelby Lucas (Payton Lucas), and Shea Anderson
(Conner Anderson); grandchildren, Westin Lee Carr, Brynlee Mae Lucas, and soon
to be Kye Adam Lucas, as well as many friends and family.
Visitation for Adam will be 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 13, at Greenlawn Funeral Home East. Graveside Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 14, at Welch Cemetery in Northview, Missouri.
