  David Emerson Cooper, age 62, of Forsyth, Missouri passed away on March 26, 2023 at home.  He was born September 27, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas and grew up in Oakley,  Kansas the son of William (Bill) Emerson Cooper and Lois Fern (Bolt) Cooper. He later moved to Scott City, Kansas where he raised a family with the boys’ mother Janie
