Deah Leigh (Caffey) Chisholm was born January 8, 1966 in Springfield, Missouri, and departed this life, August 30, 2011 in Cox South Hospital. She graduated from Kickapoo High School in 1984 and attended Drury College where she played volleyball.
De enjoyed many sports, both as a participant and as a fan, especially to her beloved St Louis Blues. She loved being with family and friends, always a gracious host with her husband. She pursued many interest including photography, birdwatching, spending time oudoors, gardening, camping, canoeing, waterskiing, and decorating the beautiful home that she and Ed built. Past employment was with several shoe stores in Springfield and in St Louis, wholesale salon supply offices and was recently with Dent Magic Tools.
De was preceeded in death by her infant son Aaron, both sets of Grandparents, an Aunt and an Uncle. She is survived by her loving husband Edward, beloved daughter Shae Nicole Carroll, precious granddaughter Raelyn, step-children Sheena Bell, Tom and Michelle Chisholm and Justin Chisholm, parents Ron and Carole, sisters, Cris and Robert Burk, Holli and Frank East, nephews Wyatt Burk and Mason East, niece Preslee East, numorous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was a very giving person and continued to do so after her passing by organ donation.
