Deborah Marie Martin, 72, of Fair Grove, MO passed away on Tuesday, May 19 as a result of injuries suffered in an auto crash.
Debbie was born in Springfield, MO on August 11, 1953 to Carl Roger and Aleene Gregory. She was the youngest of four siblings. She was united in marriage to Walter Martin on February 20, 1970 until his passing in 2008. She was saved at a revival at Providence Church in Fall 2005.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter, mother Aleene, sister Brenda, and parent in laws, Sam and Marjorie Martin.
She was survived by daughter Robbin (Craig) McPhail of Fair Grove, daughter Kimberly (Brady) Folbre of Boerne, TX, grandchildren Amanda (Reese) Johnson, Tyler McPhail, Abe and Ella Folbre, great grandchildren Madi, Jeremiah, Theo, and Johnson Baby #4 due in August 2026. She was also survived by her father Roger Gregory, Sr., sister Linda (Ricky) Jones, brother Roger (Verla) Gregory, Jr., and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome to gather together to celebrate Debbie’s life on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home, North. At Debbie’s request, a family graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 30 at 1 pm at Rock Prairie Missionary Baptist Church.
Debbie was fiercely loyal to her family and friends. She was so proud of her girls, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She has left a void that won’t be easily filled.
