Delbert Scott Mincks, born on November 11, 1964, in Humansville, Missouri, departed this world on April 12, 2026, at the age of 61. A dedicated plumber and skilled laborer, Delbert proudly worked in the construction industry, forging a life of hard work and determination as an independent contractor. His passion for his craft was evident in every project he undertook, and he earned the respect and admiration of both clients and fellow workers alike.
Delbert was a cherished brother, leaving behind siblings who will deeply miss his distinct laugh and spirited conversations. He is survived by his brothers, Jeff, Leslie, and Kenneth Mincks, and his sisters, Joyce Ingram and Lenna Wilson. Delbert spent the last years with long time girlfriend Susan Rotramel. Each of them will carry with them fond memories of a man who was as hard-working as he was caring, a testament to the bond they shared throughout their lives.
