Gary and Mary Ann Lee left a message on November 25, 2023:
We've known Don and Velma for over 30 years as our wonderful friends and neighbors. Don was always willing to help us out on any project we had and we'll always remember his love for woodworking and cutting his grass! He even rode our dirt bikes with us several years back. He was a great and special friend and we will certainly miss him coming down and hanging out on the front porch with us. Velma know you and your family are in our prayers and thoughts for God to give you His infinite comfort. All our love and sympathies.

Jami R Pool left a message on November 3, 2023:
My memories of Don are foremost first being a great neighbor for 11 years. He always wanted to show me his latest project in his garage of what he was making from wood. He loved his Zero-turn mower. He loved having deep discussions about spiritual things. He wanted me to plant sunflowers where he would be able to see them. I did that for him and he got to enjoy them. And oh how he loved his fast food from Burger King. I am so sorry for your loss Velma, Jennifer, Michael, Hannah and to all the other family members. May God's peace and comfort be strong in your hearts both now and the days ahead.
