Donald G. Anderson, 77 of Springfield, died Tuesday, January 8, 2013 in ManorCare after a long illness. After being employed by DayCo for 27 years, he worked with his son for 20 years as a Painting Contractor.
He is survived by his wife, Janet; three sons and their wives, David, Dean and Larry; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 12, 2013 in Springhill Baptist Church, with Rev. Kevin Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, from 6-8 p.m., in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
