Andrew Pele left a message on May 8, 2022:
Bonnie, I am deeply sorry for your loss. I spent many hours with Ted driving him to his appointments, and I've been trying to reach him lately just to say hello. I loved having him in the van with me and will miss our long trips together. The love he had for you was undeniable and such an inspiration for me as try to be the kind of husband that he was. I will miss him dearly and I'm so sorry that God cut your time together short. But he will be received with open arms and can rest easy now. May you find peace also. Andy, DAV volunteer
