Donna Faye Williams, age 55, of Springfield, MO passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 in her home after a long battle with Alpha-1 Antitrypson Lung Disease. Donna Faye Williams, age 55, of Springfield, MO passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 in her home after a long battle with Alpha-1 Antitrypson Lung Disease. She was born November 11, 1955, in Springfield, Mo. to Robert and Gertha (Barton) Ewing.
She was a member of the Harvest Church. Donna also enjoyed shopping, fishing, cooking and baking.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by a sister, Linda Ewing.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Williams; six sons, Jamie W. Williams of Pleasant Hope, Michael S. Williams of Springfield, Bobby J. Williams of Springfield, Jim L. Williams of Springfield, Junior Tiller of Springfield, Shane Tiller of Springfield; nine grandchildren; Shelby, Brittney, Trevor, Austin, Mason, Dylan, Timmy, Cooper, and Emma; a sister, Betty A. Bodine and her husband Richard, Lavaca, AR; and a brother, Jim Ewing and his wife, Debbie of Springfield.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 10, 2011 in Greenlawn Funeral Home North with Dr. Larry Lykens officiating. Visitation will be from 4:30 to 6:30 P.M. also Thursday, just before the services at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. A private burial will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
