Mrs. Donna Jean (Kelley) Myers, age 72 of Bolivar, MO, passed away in her home Monday, February 18, 2019. She was born October 31, 1946, in Humansville, MO, to Floyd and Maggie (Paul) Kelley who precede her in death. She was united in marriage to James Myers January 21, 1966, and to this union two sons were born. She retired from Commerce Bank after 33 years of service. Donna loved to fish, read a good book, her dogs, and most of all loved her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by the love of her life, her husband of 53 years, James Myers of the home; two sons: James “Jimmy” Myers of Springfield, MO, and Kelley Myers of Aldrich, MO; two grandchildren: Jake Myers of Aldrich, MO, and Emily Myers of AR; two sisters: Carolyn LeAnn of Bolivar, MO, and Barbara Hunsaker and her husband Ronnie of Brighton, MO; three aunts: Maxine Young of Bolivar, MO, Nadine Kelley of Bolivar, MO, and Wilberta “Birbie” Hulett of Humansville, MO; as well as many other relatives and friends.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, February 22, 2019, at Pitts Chapel. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Humansville Cemetery.
