Donna Ruth Everest, age 71, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026.
Donna was born to Reginald and Dorothy Dorey on June 30, 1954, in England. She graduated from Kickapoo High School in 1972 and from the Burge School of Nursing in 1975.
Donna was united in marriage to Jim Everest on May 31, 1980, at Bellview Baptist Church. Together, they shared 45 years of marriage before her passing.
Donna’s family is comforted by the fact that she has been welcomed into heaven and is reunited with her family, friends and above all her lord and savior. She will best be remembered for her love of Cardinals baseball, professional tennis, and all things crochet.
Donna was preceded in death by both her parents. She is survived by her husband, Jim; her children, Joe, Rachel, and Sarah; and eight grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Above all, Donna cherished her family and especially treasured time spent with her grandchildren.
