Doris Mae Moody, 78, formally of Mountain Grove, Mo., passed away in Mercy Hospital Tuesday, October, 9, 2012.
Doris was born October 16, 1933 in Taos, New Mexico. Doris married Vernon Moody in Harrison, Arkansas on September 16, 1950. They were married 62 years.
Doris was preceded in death by her son, Edmund and daughter, Verna Moody.
Doris is survived by her husband, Vernon; daughter, Vera and (James) Fowler; two grandchildren, Michael J. Stilley of Independence, Ky., and Stephanie Fowler of Springfield, Mo.; two great-grandchildren, Hudson Fowler and Ella Stilley
Memorial services will be Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home South. 441 W. Battlefield.
