Play, MO, passed away Friday, November 29, 2013, at Parkview Healthcare Facility.
He was born April 25, 1933, in Franklin, TN, to Manley and Ethel (Stenson)
Tidwell.
He was united in marriage to Patricia Boothe July 20, 1987.
He was preceded in
death by his parents; his first wife Dorothy
Tidwell; two sons: Jerry and Kenneth Tidwell; and nine brothers sisters.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Ann Tidwell of Fair Play, MO; four
children: Linda Kay Boner and husband Bill of Brentwood, TN, Sandra Holland of
Nashville, TN, James Tidwell and wife Anitha of Mt. Juliet, TN, and Terry Lee
Tidwell and wife Vicky of Murphysboro, TN; a host of grandchildren and great
grandchildren; one brother Leechy Tidwell and wife Jean of Prescott, AZ; two
sisters: Lois Pewitt, and Joyce Pewitt and husband Jay all of Franklin, TN; as
well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM
Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home Franklin,
TN. Burial will follow at the Hudgins
Cemetery Fairview, TN. Visitation will
be held Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Local arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar,
MO.
