It is with great sadness that I share that, my husband Ed Kennon, lost his battle with Pancreatic Cancer, and passed on to glory, this morning at 5:05 am. Ed was married to Carey Green Kennon for 32 years, and was father to their son Matthew Kennon. He is survived by them, and his mother Kathryn Morgan, and siblings Danny Kennon, Paul Kennon, Mark Kennon, Kim Blankenship, and Dave Kennon.

Ed owned Ed’s Sporting Goods, along with his mother. And has sold sporting goods for Johnny Mac’s, and most recently at BSN Sports. Ed was very active in church pastoring, leading worship, and serving the Lord in many ways. Most recently he served with good friends at Legacy Bible Fellowship.

Ed was a man of quiet wisdom. A father, protector, provider, and a man of integrity. He loved God, his family & friends, and the accomplishments of hard work.

There will be a wake to celebrate his life, at the Kennon Ranch.
It will be in Springfield, MO, this Sunday at 2:00. Friends and family are welcome.
