Edice F. Rees, 100, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 in her home.
Her family was her life. She brought alot of joy to her family and will be deeply missed.
Edice was preceded in death by her husband Charles; her parents and 14 siblings.
She is survived by her son Joe Dan Rees and her daughter-in-law Dixie; a grandson Paul J. Rees and a granddaughter Cassandra K. Cockrum and her husband Mark; and three great grandchildren, Kyle, Victoria and Krista Cockrum; and a special niece Shirley Kimbrough.
Services for Edice will be at 12:00 noon Monday, July 30, 2012 in Greenlawn Funeral Home East with burial in Springfield National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com
