Edward M. Andrews age 89, of Fair Grove, MO, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 at Mercy Hospital. He was born June 4, 1925, in Green City, MO. to Eden and Clara (Jones) Andrews. He retired from the Missouri State Highway Department, as a construction inspector. He served in the U.S. Army during W.W.II.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Rebecca Quinn, and by one brother and one sister. He is survived by his wife Zelma Andrews, 4 sons: Clarence Dwight Andrews, Springfield, MO. Jesse Leroy Andrews, Morrisville, MO, Gary Dale Andrews, Fair Grove, MO, and Earnest Lee Andrews, Mammoth Springs, Ak.
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 6, 2014, from 4 to 6 p.m.in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 8, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in Ruschmeier Funeral Home, Green City, Mo. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet cemetery.
