Went home to be with the Lord, at the age of 60 on January 22, 2012. She is preceded in death by her father, James Cruse; mother, Georgia Cruse; two brothers: Nelson Cruse and Junior Cruse; and sister, Shirley Cruse Smith.
Elender is survived by her husband Eugene Roush; daughter Sharon Erickson and husband Paul; two sons: James Roush and wife Jamie; Randy Roush and wife Tina; and four grandchildren: Willy Kinkade, Micheal Kinkade, Ananda Erickson, and Todd Roush; brother William Cruse, two sisters: June Bowers and Louise Tillis; and lots of extra children, grandchildren, friends, and family.
Elender’s work included cleaning houses for over 20 years and taking care of loved ones. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She always also enjoyed chasing the T-Buckets across the highways. She will be loved and missed by anyone that knew her. Her favorite quote is “I am fine with Jesus”.
Funeral services will be held at Greenlawn North Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 25th from 6-8 pm. Services will be held on Thursday, January 26th at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Bellview Cemetery.
